* Termination fees may be billed at a prorated amount of the lease agreement if equipment is not returned in working and good condition. The formula to determine the amount is based on the remainder of the 12 month term multiplied by $14.99.
Note: After 1 year the lease, warranty and support costs drops from $29.98 to only $19.99 for continued warranty and support. Customer may cancel warranty and support at any time after the lease agreement ends.
